DAY6 debuted on September 7th, 2015, with their debut album The Day, and as JYPE's first band. Originally a six piece band, one member departed ways from the band due to personal reasons. Before DAY6 came to be, they were originally 5LIVE with only five members until later. DAY6 has six mini albums, three full albums, two singles released for dramas, and in 2017 they had a project called the "EveryDay6 Project" in which every month they released two songs and had one concert. DAY6 got their first official music show win on July 24, 2019 and then they got their second win a day after! They also have two awards from the MGMA awards for "The Band." They also managed to chart ALL songs from The Demon WITHOUT ANY promotions!
